British artist, RUEL JAMES, was born in Jamaica and educated in England. He studied at Isleworth Polytechnic in London and Healing School of Art.

With a 3-year curriculum of Fine Art, he graduated in 1968.
He also studied sculpture at the Twickenham College of Arts in London. He then attended the Royal College of Arts and graduated in 1971. 

Working in a wide range of mediums such as Oils, Airbrush, Sculpture, Acrylics, Water Color, he has compiled an impressive client lists such as:
